Nights Close In ##haikuchallenge Slippers warm my feet, Cozy, that feeling can't be beat Fire laughs, cackles. Wispy white flakes fall, Contrasting the black to white, Makes crisp virgin snow. Put the heating on! The darkness comes in quickly, Ready, winter nights.

Upsetting theme. Crew, pale skinned, Long hair, different language. So brutal, different to me. So savage, so cruel. Kidnapped me in the night, Forced me to walk to this terrible ship.
