Sitting with the beast I sit still listening to a row of words Thrown which way Amongst the silent room The night walks in In all his glory Showing a smile so rare I am blessed to see it Lightening up the room with just his presence Yet the beasts look on with nothing but boredom A world in its own that never sees day I feel alone in this forsaken place But I sit and sit and sit some more For I have no escape My angel walked out the door
