More Than Ordinary Finn looked deeply into the bark of the tree, which he was leaning on. The dark canopy of forest above him shielded him somewhat from the heavy mist that had began fall. Panting, he examined each vein of wood that had been so perfectly formed along the enormous trunk. Nothing more helped him feel like he was part of the world , than an exonerating run. Whitegate forest was so full of #life (one of the few preserved places in the county), yet at times, it still yielded the most harmonious peacefulness, making it seem like one alone could stand there, being the only person on earth. It had been a long flat day, enough to send Finn far enough out to the edge of town. Whitegate was a nice place to live, and as much for its extensive Victorian-era remnants, and vast picturesque New England-type landscape, it had character. However, when it rained in Whitegate, nothing ever happened. Even so, nothing ever happened there in general.
