Green Eyes - Part Three It was cold and I was in a dress waiting outside Daffettes house my PurpleDragon perched on my sholder, my GreenDragon was trapped in my bedroom across the road crying at the windowsill. "Just for today" I whispered. Daffette came through the door and out onto the road with me. "wow. You look amazing." I said She was wearing a sliver dress to match her SilverDragon. Her blond hair flowed onto her sholders and she had a smallish book in her hand. I looked at it and laughed. "Im not a party person" she said. We smilled at eachother and continued walking down the road to Zoeabelles house. "Annarella, is it odd to feel like well, after tonight we'll kind of be closer than beffore." "I didn't think that was possible" I joked. We both stopped in our tracks as Zoeabelle stepped out of her house. Her dress was red and shinny, covered in sequins with gliter all over it. "wow" we both said at the same time. She smilled, but not in the same way that Daffette had smilled in a different more sinister way. "Thanks" she said. When we got to the party all the normal traditions where taking place. People where sitting around a bonfire dancing around handing out chocolate and sweets to anyone they saw, everyone was dressed in short dresses of their dragons colour and having fun. "seems like the perfect holliday" Daffette said. "Yeah" Zoeabelle said, but her mind was on other things. She rushed of towards Venom. "Oh no" Daffette said. "This is going to end bad" I looked over at Zoeabelle and I had to agree with her. "Whatever happens though," I replyed "me and you will always be freinds, yeah" "yeah. Don't blame her for this please." I nodded. Sophetta always toulk things way to far. She had perants in the government and used that to get her way. Just then a GreenDragon rushed round the corner. "you cant lock us up" it whispered and grabbed my shollder trying to drag me away. Zoeabelle's did the same but after afew minuets of strugling they left. "Hi Venom, cool party" Zoeabelle said wilst I watched from a distance."Was that your Dra.." he started "NO!" said Zoeabelle quickly. "Mine's red, I was wondering if well... I really..." She spluttered. He laughed. "Your cute" he joked. Zoeabelle looked over and smilled at me. I really wanted to smile back but all I could do was shake my head. "really? Beacuse I was wondering if you would... I mean, its OK if..." "I would love to be your boyfreind" He said. "I really like you" I was shoked, this is what she had been planing, I knew she liked him but now, when Sophettea was nearby? "Thank you, WOW, I.. I dont know what..." she stopped trying to talk and hugged him, unfortunately Sophettea came in at that very moment. "What?" Sophettea said. "I can't belive this" he walked up to Zoeabelle and pushed her back. "You leave him alone!" she screemed. Then she turned to Venom. "What did she do to you? How much did she pay you!" then she spotted a GreenDragon on the fence. "Forget it" she said and walked out.

Gree Eyes - Part Two "Annarella! You coming?" Zoeabelle said. "yup" I repeated. We walked over. The three of us and our dragons. "You know, you and Zoeabelle both have a GreenDragon. I don't" said Daffette. "And I was thinking that maybie we should ONLY have the GreenDragons" said Zoeabelle. We started walking to training camp. "They're really amazing! And to think they will talk to the big Dragon for you!" she seemed convinced. "Why do you even have a PurpleDragon Annarella?" Daffette rightly asked. "Well..." I started. "So people didn't know I had the green one" "Egsacly!" Finnished Zoeabelle. "Ill give it up. For you guys." I said. "WAIT! Its the Thorn festival! PLEEEASSSSE can we just wait till after?" The Thorn Festival was a yearly party to celebrate the dragon trainer Thorn, the only human alive who had dragon powers. He could fly, breath fire, read minds. Everyone celibrated the Thorn festival. Apart from anyone with GreenDragons. GreenDragons are just and can see what people are really like. Their abillity to make the right choice has led their owners through many tough situations in the past and they apways steer clear of Thorns festival GreenDragon owners have desided not to celebrate it, they know bad will come of it one day. "Oh yeah..." said Zoeabelle sounding dissapionted. "and Venom was having a party..." Zoeabelle has always had a crush on Venom ALWAYS but so does Sophetta and she was always known for taking things to far with the people that upset her. "But Zoeabelle, Sophetta." Daffette said. "He invited me!" she said "tell her Annarella!" "I belive you." she replyed but something had spoiled the mood and we walked in silence to dragon training. "Today" boomed the loud voice of Mr Sciness. "We are learning about GreenDragons." Zoeabelle, Daffette and I sank back. Most people assume what goes on in the mind of GreenDragons and their owners without knowing anything. "Whisper words. GreenDragons conrtoll their owners through whisper words. They talk in a complex language to intrege them and tell them not to do the same things that everyone else does like the Thorn festival" at this point Sophetta jumped up her GoldDragon did a flip coughed up flames. "Venom is having a Thorn festival party" She boasted. "Sit down Sophetta" he hissed giving her a glare. "Modest" she said certsying. "You are ALL invited" she said smilling, untill she saw Zoeabelle and then she frowned and sat down. "Just you wait" Zoeabelle said on the way home. "Is this about Sophetta?" I asked "Annarella, I really, REALLY like him" "He likes you." I said "Sophetta will freak out" Daffette said. "Im asking him at the party." she said "NO! After all that fuss she made!" "This might be my last chance, you know how he thinks about GreenDragon owners!" "This is bad! Ask him out now BEFORE the party." said Daffette. She had known me for ages but no so much with Daffette, she's not one to change her plans. "Just you wait" she said.

Green Eyes - Part One Daffette sat in the corner of my bedroom pirched on my desk chair. Her head was down and her long blond hair flopped infront of her eyes. She was stairing at her book, oblivius to the outside world. I wasn't into reading like Daffette. I was more of a music person. "Annarella?" she asked. "Yup." I said "Is it odd having GreenDragon perants?" I thought for a minuet. Daffette had only met my perants once, they where both GreenDragon people. I don't mean they WHERE GreenDragons. Just that they looked after them. I have a GreenDragon and a PurpleDragon Daffette had a Silver one and I was assuming she was wondering about getting one. "meh" was the only reply I could think of. "Does it affect you and Zed?" Zed was a boy in our class at school. I had liked him since, well, as long as I could remember. There was a Knocking at the door and a RedDragon flew in. We both knew it was Zoeabelle's. Dragons are the most beautifull creachers imaginable. Red ones espesialy. Shiny, perfect red scales with bright yellow eyes and streaks of orange running down their wings. Dragons are meant to suit someones personality perfectly. Daffette's silver one loved to fly. The sun bounced of its mirror-like skales making it imposibly hard to see when it flew too high but it's pale blue eyes seemed to to have thousends of times more knollage than she had ever read in a book, and my Dragon? My Dragon was purple and pink and black with fiery orange eyes. It seemed more beautiffull than anything else in the world but I know it could never compeate with Zoeabelle's red one. It was loyal and never strayed far from my sholder yet so shy It could not bear to be near any other humans. Both me and Zoeabelle have GreenDragons too. They are the most loving and truthfull Dragons. They stick by you, by everyone amd will always do the right thing. Most people frown apon them because you have to treat them differently. Most Dragons dont need feeding or looking after or anything but GreenDragons require whisper words. You have to talk to them in Dragon. They help you oviusly and most people can speak fluently withen a month. Theres something magical abput that language that makes it easy to pick up. I was so engrosed In Dragon thoughts that I diddn't see Zoeabelle standing in the doorway. She had red hair that she always wore down. It was silky and smooth so unlike mine wich was always tangelled and messy. She had the brightest happyest green eyes anyone could ever have that glisened and sparkeled when she was in the sun. They where happy eyes. Ones that you would expect from someone like her. Zoeabelle was a good freind. We met three years ago. Me and Daffette though. We go way back. I can't remember a time when I didn't know her. I looked up at Zoeabelle and Daffette amd smilled. They had sometging fun planed. Something exiting. ----------------------------- Really glad people have taken an intest in this story! Walking Walking along all alone And I catch a glimpce of you We only broke up yesterday And I don't know what to do So I pretend that your not there But you wave hello to me You shattered my heart and feelings And you don't even seem sorry Then some one else walks by I used to like him alot But then I whent out with that outher guy And I quicly forgot And as they both walk away from me I wonder, who should be mine? The boy I love who shatered my heart One the one I liked that time I remember when stuff was simpler And walking was fun When walking was just fitness And not picking "the one" @alzynoonoo for you!
